Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains how we process your personal data in connection with your use of ustukalsin.pl and signup to the Üstü Kalsın beta waitlist. The document satisfies the information duties under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Team Knocknock Sp. z o.o., with registered office at ul. Rekreacyjna 29B/2, 05-500 Józefosław, woj. mazowieckie, Polska, NIP: PL1182194995, KRS: 0000788140, REGON: 383451792.

2. Data we collect
For the beta waitlist we collect the following categories of data:
- Email address — submitted voluntarily through the signup form.
- Consent record — the fact and timestamp of your consent to data processing.
- Interface language (PL / EN) — to communicate in your preferred language.
- Technical data automatically transmitted by your browser when submitting the form (IP address, timestamp) — collected only by FormSubmit.co as described in section 5.
We do not collect special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR), data concerning children, or financial data. The site does not use analytics or marketing cookies. We only use technical cookies essential for the site to function, which do not require consent.
3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Voluntariness
Providing your email is entirely voluntary. Not providing it simply means we cannot send you the beta invitation and launch information — there are no other consequences.
5. Data recipients — processors
Data may be entrusted to the following processors acting under a data processing agreement or equivalent:
- FormSubmit.co — form delivery provider. Data (email address, form content, IP address) is sent to FormSubmit.co servers to be relayed to the controller. FormSubmit.co operates under its privacy policy at formsubmit.co/privacy.
- Hosting provider — the servers hosting ustukalsin.pl are located within the European Union.
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (FormSubmit.co — USA), the transfer takes place under the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, supplemented with appropriate technical and organisational measures.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the following rights:
- Right of access to your data (Art. 15) — find out what data we process.
- Right to rectification (Art. 16).
- Right to erasure — "right to be forgotten" (Art. 17).
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18).
- Right to data portability (Art. 20) — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).
- Right to withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3)) — without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.
To exercise any of these rights, write to: contact@teamknocknock.com. We respond without undue delay, no later than 30 days from receipt.
7. Automated decision-making
Your data is not used for automated decision-making, including profiling, that would produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including transport encryption (HTTPS / TLS), access control, data minimisation and regular security reviews of our processors.
9. Changes to this policy
The current version is always available at /en/privacy. Material changes will be communicated in advance to the email addresses on our waitlist.
